Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pearl is a outgoing girl who loves everyone she meets. She was rescued from a rural shelter in North Carolina where she was the longest resident just waiting for her second chance. With a swollen muzzle, scratches and being underweight you can tell that this girls previous life was not so kind but she has never let that phase her. Pearl wants nothing more to than to love her people and to be loved in returned. She could easily spend her days snuggled on the couch while watching tv or enjoying some outside with her human. It would be great if Pearl could have a dog sibling in the home as she does fantastic with her doggie playmates or she could relish being a only dog with all the love and attention to herself. Pearl is doing well with her doggie manners and has already figured out the command sit. At this time Pearl has not been around cats though we think she could do well with a cat sibling in the home. Pearl is already fully grown at 2 years old and is around 45lbs but still in need to gain some healthy weight.

Pearl is spayed, micrchipped and up to date on vaccines. She tested negative for heartworms. She is currently being fostered in North Carolina.
