Bandit is an Australian Shepard mix. he weighs 23 pounds, and is estimated to be 3 years old. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date. He was sighted roaming the streets of a rural area through the course of a year. Traps were put out for 4 months before he was caught. He came to a shelter, pretty much feral. Today, he will take treats and seldom allows petting by his foster. All other people he will bark and lunge at. Please only apply if you are interested in a rehabilitation commitment. He enjoys walks if you can put a leash on him. He is an alpha dog with a prey drive so no cats. He does not like children, and once he bonds to you he will be protective of you. Therefore he must be an only pet with just one owner or with an experienced dog trainer. His adoption fee is $150. Please apply at www.misfitsdogrescue.org
