WALDO is an owner-surrender puppy. He came to ResQme scared and not wanting to get out of his cage. Waldo didn’t know what happened or why he was being abandoned by his dad. We learned he was always kept outside and he was anemic. But now, he received our promise to find him his furever family and home, a place where he can be treated and loved just the way he deserves.
