This young man was born 11/15/2019.
He found himself tied to a pole in 90° heat, with no food, water or shelter.
He was spotted by a concerned canine which lead to his hooman foster discovering this precious soul.
She provided food and water and we took him to the vet as soon as they were open.
He walked on a leash beautifully and rode in the car like a gentleman.
