Nana is a 2.5 yr old female Newfoundland, In Tulsa Oklahoma. With Newfoundhaven Rescue.

Nana LOVES kids, people, affection.. she’s from a home with kids and dogs, however, she’s not very tolerant of the fosters dogs YET, (an elderly female newf and a midsize mutt) probably due to the drastic changes in her life and her bilateral, painful ear infections, which are being treated. so, probably a home with no pets, or a mellow male dog only for now.. BUT, I don’t expect that to always be the case.. she is 100% Velcro newf, and has firmly attached herself to her female foster, sleeping next to the bed, and following her from room to room..

she’s housetrained, Crate trained, knows basic commands and does ok on the leash. She does have resource guarding issues with food, only with other dogs, So feed separate or crated..

you MUST have at least a 5ft fence, preferably without a large amount of stairs to the yard. You MUST be willing to travel to Oklahoma to get her, shipping is not available..

she’s about to be fully vetted, microchipped, groomed, Bravecto’d.. And will be ready to travel next week. Her coat is shorter as she was clipped by the owner.

We prefer giant breed experience, and welcome inquiry’s from prior adopters. She really is a very sweet, submissive newf, who desperately wants a couch of her own.
