Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lil' Bug was adopted from the Galveston Island Humane society about two years ago as a 1 year old puppy; the sweetest meet and greeter there. She had been picked up from the Seawall area as a stray. After trying an array of training tactics, she's picked up the basics (potty training, sit, wait and jump... her favorite), and is an incredibly quick learner.
She has met kids about 4-9 on walks, with neutral reactions each time. Bug currently lives harmoniously with our large dog and small cat - she is shy at the dog park with new dogs, but only barks at them out on walks.
We are a small, lower energy household, and just haven't been able to cater to her high energy and need for play space. We'd love to see her go to a larger home, a more active pup parent, a family with older kids or even a senior who'd enjoy some loving, peppy company. Incredibly sweet with her people, Bugs just needs a little more loving attention.
