Hello, my name is Braveheart! I love you already - and we haven’t even met yet! I’m a tough little guy with an incredible story. I have been through the unthinkable in my five years of life. When I was brought to the vet, my rescuer was told I probably wouldn’t make it. At the very least, I was expected to lose an eye and a leg. Though they will never know exactly what happened to me, the vet thinks I may have survived a fire. A whole bunch of awesome people donated to the vet to give me a chance- and look at me now!! My foster mommy says it is amazing how much I love and trust humans, given all that I have been through. I truly cherish time with my foster humans, and am perfectly content to snuggle in their laps for hours on end. I love to talk and tell my foster humans how much I love them every time they walk in the room. Foster mom calls me a purr machine! I am just so thankful to be alive, and I show that with plenty of love, purrs, and trills of excitement. I also love to show foster mommy how happy I am by giving lots of headbutts. I love to look out the window and talk about all the cool things I see. I also love food - but who doesn’t!? When my foster mommy comes in to feed me, I always run excitedly back and forth between her and my food bowl. I have been on my own for so long, I would need time to get used to being around other kitties. My foster humans have their own kitties, and I love to talk to them through the door! I would also be perfectly happy as an only kitty - I would love to get all of your attention to myself! I am so happy to have been rescued and to finally be safe and loved.
