Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Griffey is a great dog! We rescued him from SCRAPS in Spokane Washington. He is 8 years old. He loves exercising and chasing squirrels. He is incredibly friendly and loves belly and back scratches. He is house trained. He is very smart and still learning new things all the time. He is ball and food driven. He knows his paws, knows to lay down when you tell him to, also responds to head down commands. He was trained to walk on the left side of me. Typically he will not walk much further than his chest-length in front of me. I walk with his lead in my pocket most times.
He is perfectly fine with laying around the house all day or playing in the back yard all day. He is good about barking to alert once but typically will not bark more than once or twice at something/someone that comes on to the property.
We have another German Shepherd X Golden Retriever mix that he has been a companion with since he was a puppy. Ideally, they would be re-home together for the rest of their lives.
