Mr. Sparkles is such an amazing cat. He's super affectionate and needy, but can get a bit over-stimulated so he'd ideally fit in an experienced cat home (or someone can be patient with him to help mitigate that). More than anything he's a big ol' love who would do well with other cats or dogs, or even homes with older children.
