Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mattie is a very energetic dog. We live in an upstairs condo and feel Mattie needs a yard. She would also benefit from having another dog in the family. She is well behaved and does not chew people stuff. She doesn’t get on the furniture and knows she’s not allowed in the bedrooms. She understands many things that we communicate to her. We take her hiking every evening. If not hiking we take her for a playdate. She needs plenty of exercise. She is quite the athletic dog. When she’s off leash and running she will jump over bushes, rivers, or whatever is in her way. She loves a fast run, and seems to need it. Mattie loves people and other dogs. We do not trust her around small children. Although she craves exercise she does relax all day after a short morning walk. She knows when evening comes she gets her hike and will start getting antsy if we don’t get going. If there is a yard and another playful dog she would not need to go on a hike. We love her ... but she needs a yard.
