Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dixie is a sweet dog. She is 3 years old. Her breed is unknown. She is playful and likes being around people. The reason I need to find a home for her is she has been getting aggressive with my old dog. Two reasons for this; first, my old dog is declining and I believe Dixie is trying to become dominate. Second, my husband recently passed away and she is not getting as much attention. I would keep her if my older dog were to pass. Dixie has a herding instinct and my other dog does not herd well. She also tries to herd the grandchildren but I have never seen her be aggressive to them. ( although I limit the time they are together). She does chew on things lying around if she gets bored. She is crated at night. She usually prefers to be outdoors unless the weather is bad. She likes to watch everything going on in the neighborhood. She is very active. I think she would be happier if she were the only pet and did not have to share attention.
