Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Soon after my wife and I got married, we got Luke from a couple in Lexington, NC. Their chocolate labs had just had a litter of pups, and we've had him since he was 8 weeks old! He has been our constant companion and the perfect family dog. He is primarily indoors. We just had our first child in April 2018 and he has been great with her. We are planning on having another child soon and, after much thought, we are considering rehoming him. We simply don't have as much time as we used to pre-kids to give him all the love and attention he deserves, as well as keep up with the other responsibilities of having a house dog. Although we have gotten used to this new normal with a toddler, we feel that this is best for both us and Luke. He is a sweetheart, and very smart! He responds to his name, as well as "come", "sit", "lay", "high-five", "shake", and a few others! He loves to play fetch and keep-away. He is house trained and not destructive. He is also up-to-date on all shots and vaccines.
