Tank is and has been a wonderful companion but has not adjusted well to my one year old. He’s showing many red flags and dominating behavior over the baby and the vet believes he needs to be in a no young children home. He is a huge cuddle bug and prefers to sleep with you at night but he is crate trained. He lost two doggy brothers within a span of 2 months (cancer) and that caused some major separation anxiety. He should not be left in crate for long periods of time. He does live with a male dog now but I’m not sure how he would react with other dogs. I know a puppy could always be introduced later and he’d be fine. He did go to board and train and knows his commands of sit, an, place and sometimes come but he is stubborn and will need some reminding to have you establish alpha. Overall he’s a great dog just our son comes first.
