My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

NOW Lola

DOB: April 15, 2019 - Adopted June 2020

** May 16, 2020: We are no longer accepting applications for Spring**

“The promise of spring’s arrival is enough to get anyone through the bitter winter!” -J.S.

Well, Spring has arrived, and she is a super cute medium-haired grey and white cat! Her long fluffy tail, yellow eyes and white paws are here to melt the snow and your heart!

Spring was rescued as a stray cat by a limited capacity animal control facility. She was then transferred to Forgotten Ones to find her forever home. She settled right in at her foster parents' house and warmed up very quickly as if she was saying thank you to them!

Spring is very friendly and affectionate. Lola, as her foster parents have nicknamed her, loves to be in the same room as her human family members. Lola contently purrs during cuddles, pets on the head and pets on the cheeks. She is a playful girl. Her favourite toys being wands, balls, springs, and the laser pointer. She is a great 'hunter' and gets low to chase her toys around.

Like any cat, she likes to watch catTV (aka the windows) and loves to eat. Spring is a chatterbox and likes to talk to her human family and follow them from room to room. She enjoys holding conversations with her foster family, which is endearingly funny! You won't get the winter blues when Spring is constantly by your side! This sweet, curious girl is like a breath of fresh air.

Her favourite spot to sleep is on her cat condo but she will often sleep on the bed with her humans. Lola has done well in the car with her humans which is very unique about her as many cats do not like car rides.

Lola has not been exposed to children in her foster home but given her friendly and playful nature, she would fit well in any family. She has not been exposed to any other pets in her foster home but seemed to get along ok with other cats while at the animal control facility.
