My story

Jake is a Hound mix and came from a hoarding situation. He has been nothing but gentle at his foster's house. He has scars on his face, and we aren't sure how he got them. Jake is extremely smart, sweet, and loves his time outside. He loves his treats and takes them very sweetly and gently and likes to play with toys and chew on bones. Jake walks okay on a leash, but it takes him a bit to settle into it as he is not walked on a leash regularly. Due to his previous living conditions, his foster thinks he has never been in a home, therefore, not housebroken. He is reactive to some dogs inside the kennel but is fine around them in the yard. He is not cat friendly. Jake comes fully vetted, microchipped, and neutered. If you would like to meet Jake, please contact Hands to Paws at handstopawsrescue@gmail.com or his foster at (706) 664-8305.
