My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Bella was a Justin Bartlett puppy back in 2013. She was adopted and had a place to call home for about 7 years. when she was returned she had right hind knee surgery to correct her severe luxating patella. Her left knee has luxating patella also. She has been with us over 2 years now as an adult dog. She is not quick to trust, but she loves hard. Do you have space for a senior lady in your heart? Ask if you can foster or adopt.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to reduce the number of homeless dogs and cats from becoming victim to shelter euthanasia, while educating the public on the importance of adoption and spay and neuter in our community. Our 100% volunteer staff is dedicated to saving pregnant and nursing animals, as well as, orphaned puppies, homeless adult pets, and any unwanted animal, whether sick or healthy, black or spotted, if there is an open foster home and available funds. Every animal we rescue is placed in a foster home, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested, and provided any other necessary medical care. Once the animal is ready for adoption, they will remain in our foster program until a perfect match, between the animal and a new family, is made.
