Koda is a young, happy boy who is people friendly!! He has a big smile and gorgeous blue eyes. He likes to play ball, takes his treats nicely and likes to kiss on the first date. He came in fairly neglected so it appears now that he knows he is loved and can trust the people around him, he is thriving. Koda is a big spinning goof ball when he sees you approach with toys and treats!!

We have an adoption agreement and ask that you keep us informed of the dog's whereabouts if you move or relocate and also that you maintain updated contact information with our organization.
We ask for a tax deductible donation of between $250 - $500 to help us pay vet bills, rescue fees, boarding & transporting expenses.

More about this rescue
We specialize in rescuing Akitas , both purebred and mixes and from time to time other large breed dogs from high kill shelters, provide medical assistance if needed, assess them and find homes. We are truly the last resort for many dog that would otherwise be put to sleep. This is a act of kindness for those in most need & out of love for the dogs.
We are an all volunteer organization that survives on donations.
