My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cooper has been at the shelter far too long! (2 years) He's been in a kennel for so long that he desperately needs a very special person to help train him and give him a place to run!

The shelter is also has a tnr program when the funds are available and volunteers can help to address the problem of feral cats. PHS is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that receives no funding from any local, state or national organizations. It is a limited access shelter. PHS does not euthanize for space. Instead, the organization feels all animals deserve a second chance at a loving forever home. Volunteers and foster care homes are always appreciated and help further our mission to save more lives.
