My story

Nashville, TN area - Pepe (formerly baby Hughie) is ready for adoption!

Pepe has been in his foster home for a little over two months now. This love bug would love a family full of adventures and big hearts. He loves being outside and enjoys any activity he can be involved in. He has gone on kayaking trips, camping, running through lakes, and hiking!

He loves doing anything and everything with his people. He is a true outdoorsy pup who needs an active family to keep up with him, but he also loves to cuddle at night before he goes to bed in his crate.

His foster parents are still working on him jumping on people because he gets SOO excited to meet everyone. For this reason, we recommend a family with older children.

He has done wonderfully with all dogs, the family cat, the neighbor’s horses and cows as well. He is crate trained but loves sleeping in his pup bed and knows it by name. He knows sit, stay, lay, spin and commands when he has to wait to eat or get in the car. He is so stinkin smart and continues to learn everyday!

If you want a pup to be your best friend and adventure partner, this is the one for you! We can't wait to see him so happy in his fur-ever home!

Pepe is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and will be neutered on July 31st. He is estimated to be 8-9 months old.
