My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Max. He was born on May 14, 2020 and is a GSP/Brittany hybrid. He has had his puppy shots and worming.

Max is a friendly, social little boy. He loves kids, toys and playing in the yard with his brothers and sisters. His breeds are both field dogs so he has energy to spare. He needs an active owner or family and a fenced yard to play in. He will make a wonderful family dog, and a great walking or hiking companion.

His breeds are not dogs that do well stuck in a crate for 10 hours a day while you work a full-time job. Potential adopters must have a puppy plan for socialization and training. We expect his adult weight to be between 45-65 pounds.

Max is a young puppy so potential adopters must be prepared to go through potty training for the next several months. If you haven't done this in a while, please make sure you are willing to put in the time and commitment involved.

A secure 5-6 foot fence is mandatory for this breed. It cannot be a split rail fence that provides a ladder for the dog to climb. No spike tops that could injure a dog if they try to climb over.

Max's adoption fee is a $450 tax deductible contribution to our Spay/Neuter fund. We do not make a profit off of our adopted puppies. This fee covers his puppy vaccinations and rabies shot, his neuter and a microchip.
