BRUNO is as delightful as he is stunning. He is a happy boy who wants nothing more than to please his humans. He is smart, sweet and so much fun. His sparkling, soulful eyes radiate kindness. After just a short time with him, you will know just what an amazing dog he is. BRUNO is an incredibly loyal and endlessly affectionate kind of fellow. He loves new people and loves to greet with kisses. He loves to play with his toys. It's pure entertainment watching him hopping and jumping around after them. He also loves playing with other dogs and gets along well with everyone he meets. He is a confident dog who would happily accompany his family on any and all outdoor adventures. BRUNO is laid back in the car and enjoys the ride, no matter where he's going. He has nice house manners and is excellent in his crate while his foster mom is not home. He is the type of dog that is always up for a good time, but at the same time, if his person just wants to take it easy for the day, he is content with that too. His forever family will feel like they hit the jackpot every day with this wonderful, good-natured guy!
BRUNO loves children but we feel children 9 and up are better matches for this big, goofy boy.

BRUNO is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations including 2 rounds of both the H3N2 and H3N8 canine influenza vaccinations.
His $340 adoption fee includes the cost of transport to Nashville after he is officially adopted.

All of our dogs start their journey in Memphis, Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted. Once adopted, some pups stay local in Memphis. Many others travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Pet Express Transport (https://petexpresstupelo.wordpress.com) for our Nashville, Knoxville and New England adoptions. For our Midwest adopters, we have our own private transport.
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Woof River is 100% volunteer operated. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
