This little pooch was literally left to fend for himself, and it took us, not surprisingly due to this breed, 9 weeks to capture him. He was born approximately June 2007.
Needless to say, Buddy has TWENTY-NINE LIVES, as he dodged cars time and again while we held our breaths whenever we spotted him. This little fella makes for a loyal house pet as they do tend to strongly attach to one person in the family.
Buddy is being fostered by the family who helped with his rescue and enjoys his daily long walks with a retriever, his best friend. He is also surrounded by many cats, as well as young children, although he prefers mom & pop's attention.
After such an ordeal, Buddy is finally getting the pampering he deserves and will roll over for a good belly rub. He walks well on a leash and he rarely barks unless it's time for his daily walk; he will remind you that you are late. He is house-trained and has had his shots, been treated for parasites and neutered.
This time around, we want to help Buddy find his perfect 'forever home'!
