My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**These bunnies have their first vaccine for RHDV**

Breed: Flemish Giant/French lop mixes
Size: These boys are about 15 lbs a piece right now but could stand to lose a pound or two.
DOB: March of 2020
Reason in rescue: Alvin and Simon were originally rescued as meat bunnies when they were babies. We adopted them out but unfortunately after about 4 years their owner had to return them because of a death in the family and a move :/.
Personality: Simon and Alvin are very sweet boys who are very overwhelmed by moving from the home they’ve known for four years :(. They are absolutely huge boys and unfortunately overweight so they will be on limited pellets here and for the rest of their life. Simon is definitely the more outgoing of the two and loves attention and pets. Alvin is more shy and prefers to hang back. Because they are so big neither of them like being picked up which is understandable. They are very good with their litter box and were free range in their last home.
Friends: Alvin and Simon are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.
Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2' for a single, 4 x 4 for a pair). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption (but can be waived if pictures or video are supplied of where the bunny will be living). Suggested adoption donation is $100 for the pair which includes their neuter and microchip. Their adoption fee will change to $125 once they get their second RHDV vaccine on 4/16.
