Rotti's Name: Prissy
Rotti's sex? Female
My approximate DOB is 1/1/2003
Bio:
Prissy is a special girl - in many ways - the first and most important is that even at her young age of just under 2, she's been diagnosed with a grade 4 heart murmur. This was diagnosed by her regular veterinarian in November of 2004, and re-confirmed and further tested by a cardio veterinarian, specializing in heart problems in animals. This vet advised us that Prissy's heart shows no signs of damage, or disease, and likely this murmur is a birth defect that has caused no additional problems for Prissy - she needs no medication or any restrictions on her diet or exercise. She's a fun girl, who loves to play, go for walks, and romp in the yard with her foster family's other dogs. Prissy can come across as very submissive to people, she is a little shy initially and gives you the biggest case of "sweet baby girl" feelings that you can imagine! Although she can be quite different in the pecking order of dogs in her household - so we're recommending ! that Prissy only be adopted by a family with male dogs, and no female dogs or cats. She's the one who never gets blamed for anything, because she is so sweet, when in reality, she is the ring leader and starter of all things fun and inappropriate, like tearing up her stuffed animals and the occasional counter surfing for people food - her favorite! She is an absolute LOVE of a dog - wants nothing more than to be glued to your side and give kisses....but like all special girls, she has a bit of devilish imp in her as well! She knows how to keep things interesting! If you believe Prissy's personality fits into your home and lifestyle, don't let her heart murmur scare you off - we'll provide all her medical charts and as long as she has her murmur checked twice per year to watch for changes, she should live a long life - full of fun fun fun!!! Write Vicki and ask all the questions you'd like - and she'll be happy to provide you with any information and pictures!
