Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Axel is one amazing super smart dog. He is most likely a Rottweiler/Lab/Pyrenees mix. When he was a pup he looked like a GSD but his coloring shows more Rotti now, too much detail to list here. He is about 9m old and 68 lbs, he went through a board and train program in June and he couldn’t be more perfect. He is crate, leash and house trained (rings bell to go out) and obeys commands very well even though he's still a puppy and loves to act like one.
Our ONLY concern is that our five year old is all ‘active’ boy and makes Axel obvoiusly nervous. If we could fast forward time and make either of them grow up quicker, there wouldn't be an issue. But we can’t take the chance because he is so large. Axel is fine with our smaller dog and our 10 and 12-year-old boys, just not the little one.
Axel would be a perfect companion for a family with older, or no children, or for a single woman or man. Our family is so sad to let him go, but we’re hoping to find the perfect home he so deserves.
