Meet Ya-ya.
Ya-ya is a 3 year old Doberman mix girl. She is UTD on all age appropriate vaccinations, spayed, and current on flea/tick and heart worm preventative. She is a super sweet girl who just wants you love and attention. She was previously adopted and returned through no fault of her own. Her previous parent could not care for a human baby and a Furbaby at the same time. That’s it. She is, quite literally, the perfect addition to any family. She is great with kids, other dogs and cats. She is house and crate trained. She mingles with 3 other dogs and 2 cats on a daily basis. She’s really a couch potato. She does have hip dysplasia but it’s mild and as yet hasn’t required any medications. We found the dysplasia upon her initial intake with us almost two years ago now. So, she made her way back to us for one more chance to find her true furever home. Maybe it’s you ....
Ya-ya is located in Alabama and being housed with a foster here. The adoption fee of $150 includes all age appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, current flea/tick & heart worm preventative, and a certificate of health from our veterinarian. You will also receive a copy of all medical records in a pet health record folder. Transport to out-of-state locations is an additional charge of $175 (on average). Microchipping is available as well ($35 fee).
Pita & Pecan's Animal Refuge is a veteran owned and operated 501(c)3 nonprofit Alabama based rescue and all of our aniumals reside with us at our homes or with a foster. We adopt our animals both locally and out-of-state in order to allow us to find the best possible home for our babies of all breeds and Ya-ya is located in Alabama and being housed with a foster here.
