Roo!

Roo (GA) is a female Shepherd mix rescued in Georgia. Our veterinary partner estimates that Roo is 2 years old at the time of intake in August 2020.  Roo is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Roo is only 2 ish years old, but she does suffer with hip dysplasia which is typical with sheperds and will require lifelong joint meds. She is a sweet girl, albeit a bit scared, which is understandable in light of what she has been through.  We can't wait to get Roo into her forever home where she can lay her head on a soft bed each night and know that she will wake up in the same home every day for the rest of her life.  If you can open your heart and home to Roo, and forever means forever, please apply online to adopt Roo (GA) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.

RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption
