KODA is an adult malamute looking for a new home due to his family's circumstances changing. He grew up in a loving family and already knows the commands of sit, shake, and down. He is also crate trained, though was able to be free in his previous home so hasn't needed to use it much. Koda would do best in a home where he can spend a lot of time with his people as he can be anxious when he is home alone. The good news is he LOVES people and has also done well in boarding while his previous family was out of town. Added to that, he does well with other dogs as long as they are not aggressive, so doggy daycare may be another good option for him. Typical to his breed, he enjoys digging, so will need to watch that he does not dig under the fence. Koda would make a wonderful companion and particularly warms up to women and children quickly. He would love to join on some walks and god for a splash in a local stream or lake!
