FOR THE APPLICATION, PLEASE APPLY BY CLICKING ON THE ADOPTION APPLICATION LINK AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE VOLUME OF EMAILS WE RECEIVE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A RESPONSE. AN APPLICATION IS THE FIRST STEP TO ADOPTION AND WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY.

IDGSR WELCOMES ZELDA INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!!

Zelda is a pretty GS who is approx. 4 yr. old. She and Arlo are brand new to the rescue. Both came from a TN shelter where they were surrendered because they were chasing horses so no horses or farm animals. Both Zelda and Arlo are sweet dogs with nice personalities but are uneducated and will need obedience training. We begin the training at the rescue but their new family will need to continue with it. Older children only, 12 yr. and up. No cats. We will be posting more as we get to know them.

If you are interested in adopting Zelda, please apply by CLICKING ON THE ADOPTION APPLICATION LINK AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE.

Please note that submitting an application not guarantee that you will be approved or guarantee the adoption of any specific dog, since that dog may have other applications being considered.

All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, monthly preventative, and have been spayed or neutered.

Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

All dogs are fostered in TN unless stated otherwise. Transport options are available to the Northeast.

***Not able to adopt? Consider FOSTERING one of our four-legged friends***

Donations to help us care for all the dogs in our program are also greatly appreciated and may be made from our website: http://idgsr.org
