My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Petey found us as a stray about a year ago. He was in bad shape physically having contracted heart worms and other digestive worms. But, we nursed him back to health and he is 100% healthy and strong. He is a loving and loyal dog and is a good companion. He does not bark and sleeps through the night, in his crate. Petey loves to play in our back yard with our neighbors dogs or play fetch, but tends to be more "leash reactive" when he is on a walk around the neighborhood. In terms of grooming; he is good in the bathtub and is easy to bathe. However, he does not like his nails to be trimmed.

Sadly, we need to re-home Petey because of a job loss due to Covid and we will be moving into a relative's house who is highly allergic to dogs. Please help us find this sweet boy a new home.
