Darling Arlette is easy to fall for as she patiently submits her head for you to rub when you walk by. She shows her appreciation by chattering up a storm with her tooth purrs! And boy does she have stories to tell!
Mr. Everton is slightly more shy but give him a smidgen of time and he will trust you completely and join in the tooth purring party!
They love to retreat under their hide-y box or lounge on top of it. Give them an extra box filled with shredded paper to dig in and they are in heaven! Busy bodies they can be! They are experts at begging for treats on their hind legs!
If Arlette and Everton can't be free roaming or live in a room or a section of a room, then an x-pen enclosure or home made DIY wire grid system enclosure is a suitable alternative. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it.

The adoption fee is $60 per rabbit ($120/pair) which covers the cost of the spay/neuter surgeries and rescue intake protocol medications. Don't have the items you need to welcome a bunny to your home? No problem, I have low cost x-pen enclosures, litter boxes, bunny litter, hay, food pellets and toys to make new bunny ownership easier for you. Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!

We do have a phone screening process or printed questionnaire for potential adopters to fill out. We have an adoption contract and a reasonable donation fee for the adoption to help cover the cost of spay/neuter, vet check, etc.

Kribs for Kritters primary focus is rescuing domestic rabbits that have been abandoned at parks, schools, golf courses, fitness trails and any other outdoor location. Kribs for Kritters also assists Golden View Farm Rabbit Rescue in their heroic efforts.
All rabbits are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
We are both a rescue and a shelter. We have over 100 rabbits in our care. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just ask. It is likely we have a bunny to suit your needs. New bunnies are being rescued every week. We don’t always have time/resources to post every bunny that crosses our path.
We have an exceptionally high success rate of bunny bonding on the very first date. So, if you’re looking for a mate for your existing bunny, give us a try.
Our operating costs are at least $1,000 per month so donations are always appreciated. Donations can be made to PayPal.me/kribsforkritters.
