My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Chelsea was given to us from a friend who found her as a stray dog in Arlington. We have had her in our house for about three months. Her shots are up to date. According to our vet, she is probably about 9 years old or so and in good health. Vet's estimate on age was based on her teeth since she is missing her front teeth in the middle. Initially, she had hookworms but we treated those.

She is a sweet dog with people, including kids. She loves to cuddle right up next to you. She sleeps most of the day, but she also loves to play. Her favorite thing to do is fetch her little toy bunny and bring it back to whomever threw it. She is housebroken (with an occasional accident) and enjoys walks.

Unfortunately, while the family likes her, she has not been accepted by our other dog. The two dogs have to be separated from each other and their fighting is why we are seeking to rehome. She did not get along with my friend's cats either, so my guess is that she'd be best as an only dog.
