Roscoe is a handsome tri-color Shepherd mix with a nature that is loving and loyal though shy. He has had loads of TLC and handling at our Shelter and has come a long way. He longs for an unhurried, confidant, experienced owner who will complete the restoration of his faith in human kindness. He also needs a home setting without livestock.
