My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We are looking for a loving, forever home for our adorable, affectionate kitty, Yoshi. We adopted Yoshi from the Animal Humane Society in January 2020, looking for a companion for our other cat. Despite our efforts to introduce them slowly and calmly, our resident cat just can’t tolerate sharing his home and has newly aggressive behaviors towards Yoshi. Both cats have shown territorial behavior and we have kept them separate now for months to avoid any conflict. We are trying to find the happy, peaceful home Yoshi deserves.

Yoshi’s big, round eyes and soft chunky cheeks are what we first fell in love with. His coat is a unique buttery buff color; we wonder if he might have some British shorthair ancestry based on the shape of his face. We think he is three years old; he is neutered and has claws. He has a sweet chirpy voice and a strong soothing purr. He is playful, loving to chase toy mice and shoelaces. We know there is a family who will cherish him as much as we do.
