Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Experience with Special Needs dogs is very much preferred.
Bitsy is what is called a “swimmer puppy”. Her back legs do not work properly. I’ve never been able to house train her so she wears diapers. My local vet says it’s behavior, but I don’t believe this. They don’t give her much time and I can not afford better care for her. Because she “hops” when being groomed nobody locally wants to groom her and she needs this done regularly. I’m not great at it, but try and keep her groomed.
She needs someone who can spend time with her. I work 3 jobs to take care of my kiddos and she doesn't get the attention she needs.
She does bark quite a bit, but I have a hand held bark control device that works on her and has been very helpful to teach her when it's o.k. to bark vs I'm barking b/c I want to constantly.
She needs outside time. She loves being outside as much as she loves inside.
She loves sleeping on/under blankets.
