Scarlet is looking for her forever home. She is a very healthy and fit 5 year old purebred red-tri Australian shepherd who loves fetch, snuggles, and walks/hiking. She is good with kids and kitties (will show interest at first) but needs to be in a single dog household as she is dog reactive.

Scarlet knows all basic commands such as come, sit, down, and stay, and she is house trained and crate trained as well. She is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, heart worm free, and on flea/tick/heart worm preventatives. She is a wonderful dog that deserves an equally wonderful family. She will require a household that has a fenced in yard for her to play and run around in, though she is in no way meant to be an “outdoor dog.” She is truly one of warmest dogs you’ll meet and if you can accept that she cannot be around other dogs, she will surely be your sweetest, most snuggily, and playful companion.
