12 week old Sparky and his 3 siblings were surrendered to a very rural shelter in SC with their mama after their owner no longer wanted to care for them. We immediately pulled the entire family where they are now safe in Maryland in their foster homes. Sparky is a playful puppy who does great with other dogs and loves all people including kids! He is looking for a family who will provide him the love and training that all puppies need. To adopt Sparky, please apply at keytolionsheart.org
