We found 2 black labs, a mom and a puppy, without collars by a lake and took them to the vet to find their owner, but they weren't chipped, and after a few weeks with found dog ads, they haven't been claimed, so we are looking to find them a permanent home. The vet said the puppy was 5 weeks old and the mom seems about 2 years old, both are healthy and got their shots and dewormer. Both need to be spayed. We named the mom Lilah and the puppy Mable, but they're very smart and could learn a new name for sure if you end up changing it. Lilah knows come here, sit, stay, and paw and is potty trained. She's very sweet and loves belly rubs and attention. She loves to play with her puppy, with toys, chewing on bones, running around the yard with her puppy, and going on walks. She has a lot of energy and loves to cuddle after playing. They have a strong bond, but she's not territorial over her puppy, but they don't like to be seperated so I'm really hoping to find them a home together.
