My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Midas  has lived with 2 house cats and is fine with them. He weighs 72 lbs. Sort of reddish yellow labby mix. Super sweet, happy to see other dogs, tail wags nonstop. Great dog.

Here is the big boy Midas.  He is a sweet lovable boy.  Vet checked his teeth and said 8 or 9 years old.  He is 71.8 lbs, good with cats, loves everyone, and seemed happy to hear other dogs in the area.  The vet was packed with sick and little dogs so we did not get a chance to do much with him.  There were other dogs in pens as we walked him up to weigh in and showed no aggression, just happy wagging tail and a delighted look on his face to be with people.  He is a leaner and a snuggler as you can see. He has been with a student who found him during a nasty cold spell several weeks ago.  The student got very attached but he was threatened with eviction if the dog did not go so Midas needs a home.  He is not housebroken but seems eager to please.  He is not a jumper as he made no attempt to jump on me, just wanted to snuggle and lean.  In person he sends out lab/hound vibes but suspect there is some GSD in there as well.  Sorry the pictures are not better but it was packed at vet and Midas just was wiggling and taking in all the action — hard to get him to hold still.
