5/7 update: I put a leash on her and tried to get her out of the kennel and she froze with the leash around her neck and quivered in fear. She is camera shy when it comes to getting good face shots. She would need lots of work on lead and is still afraid to come out of her kennel. When she sees me she jumps around and acts so excited but when leashed she freezes in fear. Sweet Farrah definitely needs rehab and being in the shelter has been very stressful for her.

Really need help with this sweet mom . Really need out of the shelter ASAP. Mom is very shy but responds to love and patience. She appears to be a husky mix by her coloring.

4/1 update from volunteer: This sweet mom is painfully shy but not an aggressive bone in her body - I took she and the kids to the vet yesterday to get her HW tested and her rabies. I did not take her into the clinic as I had the babies in tow also. She cowered in the crate but allowed us to do the work with no problem. She just needs someone to hold and love her. Amazingly, her kids are very well socialized - they think they are so big. I hurt for this mom - you can tell she has never had human kindness. She is beautiful as well and definitely a husky mix. Anyone would be lucky to get her and watch an amazing transformation as she learns to be loved and cared for. Vet thought she was 4-5 years old.
