My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chloe and Libby are Chi/Doxie mixes that were part of a puppymill confiscation in SC. They are about 2 yrs old, UTD on shots. Chloe (black/tan) is spayed and Libby will be spayed next week. They love each other so much. They have been thru alot in their short little lives. I guess all they had were each other in those terrible times. They were rescued out of horrible conditions. Both living in a small wire cage used only for breeding. They were bred during each breeding cycle. They were infested with fleas, hair loss, emaciated and had URI's. Now, 2 months later they are in great health. Libby is still somewhat shy but Chloe has really blossomed. All she wants is to be held and loved on. Libby is coming along slowly but surely.

When they came to me a couple of months ago, they had never experienced a loving home environment. They didn't take long to realize that life CAN be good. They play so well together too. They act as if they are just having the best time of their lives. They are so fun to watch play together. They LOVE to eat. Trying to make up for all those meals they didn't get in the past I guess. They are doing well with the housetraining too.
