My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sophie is 6 years old, getting close to 7 years old. She's been a house cat all of her life. She's a friendly cat, but like many cats, she's not very interested in strangers. Sophie likes to find quiet corners to hide and take naps. She also enjoys sleeping on a living room couch or soft chair. Sophie is very fond of drinking slow running water from the bathroom sink if given the opportunity. She is able to get used to other animals, but it will probably take a little time before she becomes comfortable and friendly with them. She'll stand back or wait her turn, she's not aggressive. Sophie is fine with kids, but she will hide. If found, she'll tolerate being held and petted, but she won't really like it. Sophie only eats cat food and cat treats. Sophie has long fur, so she is prone to fur balls. We try to have her fur trimmed every 2-3 months, short but not too short. Result no uncomfortable fur balls. Also, she seems to be more comfortable with shorter fur.
