Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Daisy was given to our family by a co-worker about 10 years ago. She was 2 years old. Her previous owner got Daisy for their daughter who refused to spend time with her. They already had two dogs and they didn't think Daisy liked living in a home with multiple dogs.
Daisy adjusted easily to our home, my two children, a cat and four chickens. Now my kids are grown and moved away. I travel for work and can no longer provide an adequate home for Daisy.
Daisy is a senior dog in good health. She is sweet, gentle and affectionate to all. She barks a greeting to anyone who comes into our home and is very interested in meeting our visitors. She will happily sit at their feet waiting to be petted. Daisy would do well in a calm environment where she can be around other people most of the day. She gets anxious and barks when left alone. She loves walks, car rides, chasing lizards and burrowing under pillows. She is a good hiking, camping and kayaking companion.
