Denver is a very handsome, muscular, energetic and loving 10-month-old, 70-pound male brindle and white Am Staff-mix looking for a loving home. Denver was found as a stray in Canton, Illinois, and did his time at Fulton County before being taken into rescue. Denver LOVES other dogs … ignores the cats in his foster home, and is great with people and best with children over 12 because of his energy level. Denver needs a lot of exercise to be happy. He is currently in a foster home where his foster family is working on his manners. Denver still has a lot of puppy energy and enthusiasm – and he’s quite strong, so he’s looking for a special experienced dog-lover with the time and energy to train Denver. Denver is housebroken, crate-trained, knows the command sit and is looking forward to learning much more. He is extremely healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-free and on preventative, and treated for fleas and worms.
