This story is from Riddicks mom, she is a single mom working full time and going to college.
He doesn't like to sit on the hardwood and he's a wiggly guy. He's 3 years old (February) and deaf. He has anxiety and would benefit from a dog companion (I require it). He's great with other dogs and has played at a dog park (not with me). He barks excessively sometimes but he has a bark collar and never barks when it's on. Housetrained but water obsessed, he has a huge overbite so i recommend giving him water in a deep bucket or sink/bathtub or he can cause serious water damage to your floor. We do the sink and it works fine, he will literally drink himself to death so you HAVE to limit it or he will pee in the house... A LOT. He can't help it, I think his bladder just gets so full. He currently eats Victor and I'll get him heartworm tested asap. He's been on preventatives and I'm willing to send it all with him since I don't plan on getting another dog for a lonnnnng while... if at all. He has a Seresto Collar I put on 3 months ago. That will also go with him. He loves to eat shoes when he's alone, so be careful with those (we keep ours put up). He loves older kids, cats, and other dogs. He knows sign language for sit, stay, lay down, no, and over there. He's a scaredy cat and acts like he's been abused physically (I think he has) I got him at 18 months. He weighs 150 lbs. He was just vaccinated recently. Rabies, Distemper/Lepto, and Bordetella. And neutered of course.
