My story

Jimmy is a 3 year old, neutered male sweetheart!

He and his brother (Nestor) are looking for a loving home together! They are great with each other and other cats, have cute personalities, and are very beautiful!

Jimmy and Nestor are friendly, but will take some time to feel comfortable in their new homes as they are very shy, so we are looking for patient adopters for them. They require homes that will give them the time and patience to settle into their new environments and be understanding. Both boys love to play with toys!

Jimmy and Nestor are neutered, UTD on shots, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV tested (negative).

Please contact us if you need some adorable orange fluff in your life!

More about this rescue

*Please note: LEASH Animal Rescue is not a pick up service, and at this time, can not accept animals from the public. If you have found and caught a stray animal, we may be able to help locate his/her family and/or re-home him/her when all efforts to reunite him/her with their owner have failed. If you have found a stray animal, but are unable to catch him/her, please contact your local Animal Control for further assistance.*

LEASH Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization based in the Los Angeles area of Southern California.

Our rescue follows the no-kill policy and is operated solely by volunteers with an emphasis on foster homes, until we are able to have a physical rescue facility.

Our mission is to help as many needy animals as we can with the limited resources we have. We focus mainly on the sick, injured, disabled, and what some people might consider to be "unadoptable" animals, who are at most risk of being euthanized (killed) at our animal local shelters. We are an all-breed rescue, but have soft spot in our hearts for the "bully breed" dogs, who are also known as American Pit Bull Terriers and American Staffordshire Terriers. These two breeds are very misunderstood and over the years, have been given a bad reputation due to false information given by the media. "Pit Bulls" and "Staffies" make wonderful family pets, and are very smart and loyal.
