My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Peony I am only 4.5 months old (Jindo Mix Girl). I currently weight 3.8 kg. I was born inside a high kill shelter in Changwon, Korea. Currently, there are many puppies at this high kill shelter. In order to make space, they wanted to kill all the puppies including myself to make room for newly admitted furry friends. My volunteer aunties decided to rescue a few puppies. I happened to be one of the few lucky ones that made it out alive.

I am fully vetted and will be spayed. I am looking for a loving permanent family in the states who will appreciate my presence. I am not asking much. All I need is your love and attention. Will you welcome me as your pet daughter?

My temperament is excellent and I get along great with kids and other furry friends including cats. My foster currently has three cats and we play together on a daily basis. Per the United States Department of Agriculture - Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA - APHIS), I will be able to travel to the states once I turn at least 6 months old.

Should you be interested in adopting me as your new family member, please fill out our adoption application on our site to be considered as potential adopters. We highly encourage you to read our FAQs page on our site.

PLEASE NOTE: All of our recently rescued dogs are currently fostered in Seoul, Korea by our volunteers. Our adoption process may be stricter than any other rescue organizations as these rescued dogs are traveling over 5500 miles to be with their new permanent family.

You must be at least 25 years old to be considered an overseas adopter. For serious inquiries only. Please note, we monitor all pets after adoption. We prefer adopters that are active on any of the social media accounts. Thank you!
