Fred weighs 10 lbs, likes cats, loves to be with a female dog his size, but isn't fond of big dogs or other males who may be territorial. He needs to be in a home with kids 10 and older who understand that he isn't feeling like being picked up or cuddled all the time and his ideal would be just a woman or a couple with a guy who isn't big and scary to him.
Fred is neutered, healthy and likes to play. He is housebroken.
