My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi world, I'm Hope!
I'm a 1.5 year old English bulldog with endless love to give. I adore people and animals alike, and like all puppies, continually curious about everything around me. My favorite thing in the world to do is snuggle up on a humans lap and take a snooze, with a favorite bone by my side.

The first part of Hope's life is somewhat a mystery, as she came in with both front legs broken at only 10 weeks. One leg has a steel rod in it, but it does not seem to slow her down one bit! She enjoys walking and is learning how to let her foster parents know when she needs to go outside. She is also learning to navigate stairs and enjoys the bully ramp we have for her to help her on and off the couch. She LOVES to chew on bones (or shoes) and plays with her bulldog big brother very well.

She sleeps well in the crate but prefers to sleep next to you at night on her dog bed. She sleeps through the night, but is an early riser as she would much rather be on the couch in your lap! She is not food or toy aggressive- truly a sweetheart through and through. Hope would prefer a fenced in backyard but would do fine with a smaller apartment or house with no backyard, so long as she can get 3-4 walks in a day. She will not always go to the bathroom on walks and not always tell us when she needs to go outside, so theres a bit of a learning curve with her routine but she makes up for that in pure sweetness.

Hope can't wait to find her forever family that will spoil her like the princess she is!
