My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Chardonnay, a senior lady who is about 13 years old. She is a teeny-tiny, friendly gal with an adorable squeaky little meow and a chirpy trill to say hello or to get your attention.
She likes to be near you, at your feet or beside you when you are sitting or lying down.
She seems to get along well with other cats.
She is up to date on vaccines and is FIV/FeLV neg/neg. She had dental work recently and some teeth were removed. The remaining teeth are in good condition.

She is listed as special needs because she has an overactive thyroid, which is a common problem with older cats. It is easily controlled with medication. In addition, her kidneys are weakening, which is also common in older cats. At this point no treatment is needed and all she needs is access to fresh water.

If you can't commit to adopting her, please consider fostering. The other cat in her current foster home isn't accepting her.
